There are various kinds of displays here at the Kami Town Marine Cultural Center. Visitors can have fun learning about the history of the Sea of Japan, the lives of people who live near it as well as its living creatures. You can also enjoy hands-on learning, such as making seafood products like chikuwa (tubular rolls of grilled fish paste). At the Geopark Corner on the 1st floor, various materials are on display, including the introduction to geosites in Kami Town and tips for enjoying the Geopark.
